Al Mandaloun Sur Mer : Rebranding

Challenge

Al Mandaloun Sur Mer is a seafood restaurant in Beirut aimed at delivering authenticity and quality to its visitors. The task at hand was to rebrand al Mandaloun Sur Mer to reflect its values, and design the space accordingly.

Idea

The idea was aimed at giving people a truly Lebanese seafood experience, while remaining elegant yet welcoming. We chose to start with redesigning the menu with wooden base and a delicate choice of production material, along with fresh and modern placemats made in craft color to retain the restaurant’s spirit homey spirit. We then designed the space using typographical glass branding and creative canvases behind the fishmonger. All in all, al Mandaloun Sur Mer turned out looking pleasant and authentic, giving visitors the real Lebanese seafood experience.
